Points sites rot. A page written in 2023 still ranks in 2026 and tells you Amex transfers to El Al (it does not - that died January 1, 2021). This page exists so that never happens here invisibly.

- Corrections: [email protected] - send the page URL and the claim that is wrong. A source helps but is not required; we verify against primary sources before changing anything.
- Everything else (questions, suggestions, a route we should cover): [email protected].
Correction policy
- Every factual claim on the site is verified against a live source on the date shown at the top of the page - fare pulls, program charts, airline announcements.
- If we get it wrong, we fix it and log the fix below. Substantive corrections (numbers, program terms, route statuses) always get a changelog entry. Typos do not.
- We do not silently edit. The last-updated date on a page changes when the substance changes.
Changelog
September 10, 2026
- Corrected the Qantas chart price for El Al business class from New York to 90,000 points (post-August 2025 chart), and added the bigger story: El Al has released almost no US-Israel business partner space to Qantas since late 2024. Affected: Qantas guide, business-class guide, main card page.
- Fixed the transfer cheat sheet: Flying Blue books El Al directly (partner since July 2024), not only via Paris and Amsterdam.
- Fixed an internal contradiction on the Amex vs Chase page: Citi does transfer to Qantas at 1:1 (a line saying otherwise was wrong).
- Added the Flying Blue Light/Standard/Flex note to the El Al page: the September 8, 2026 changes hit Air France and KLM flights only; partner pricing, El Al included, is unchanged.
- Reworked the Sukkos page booking calendar (the “11 months out” framing was useless two weeks before yom tov) and added a “reading this in Elul” last-minute playbook.
- Added visible last-updated dates, this corrections page, and the ranking methodology page.
September 9, 2026
- Site launched: 15 guides, the Flying Blue promo tracker, and the nonstop-route status page. All fares pulled live at write time; route statuses verified against Delta News Hub, Globes, Times of Israel, and JNS.
